Site Access

In short: The site is free and most tools work without an account. Some features require sign-in.

The site is free and available to anyone with internet access. Most tools work without registration:

✓No account needed: Screenshot Editor, Signature Generator, Favicon Generator, Company Search, RACI Editor
●Account required: Branded Photo (AI generation), persistent saves, extended exports

The publisher reserves the right to temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates, without prior notice.

User Account

In short: Sign in with GitHub or Google. You can delete your account and all data at any time from your account page.

Account creation is done exclusively through OAuth providers (GitHub or Google). No passwords are stored on our servers.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. In case of abuse, the publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete the account without notice.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deletion removes all your data.

Tool Usage

In short: Tools are free for normal use. Content you create is yours. No scraping or abuse.

Tools are provided free of charge for normal personal and professional use. You retain full ownership of content created with our tools.

Prohibited:

✕Automated use or scraping of the site
✕Any action intended to disrupt the site's operation
✕Generating illegal, defamatory, or rights-infringing content
✕Commercial resale or redistribution of services

Contract Red Team

The Contract Red Team tool analyzes payment clauses in your contracts using artificial intelligence (Mistral AI). By using this tool:

●Uploaded documents (PDF or text) and analysis reports are stored in our database. Each analysis generates a shareable permanent link.
●Your contract content is sent to the Mistral AI API for analysis. See Mistral AI's privacy policy for how this data is processed.
●This tool does not constitute legal advice. Results are AI-generated for informational purposes only. Consult a legal professional for any contractual decision.
●Do not upload documents subject to a confidentiality agreement without the consent of the parties involved.

Credits System

In short: Some AI tools use credits ("tuls"). Each new account gets 1,000 free tuls. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Some services, especially AI image generation (Branded Photo), require credits called "tuls". Each account receives 1,000 free tuls upon creation.

Credit costs are displayed before each operation. Consumed credits are non-refundable, including for unsatisfactory results. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

The publisher reserves the right to change credit pricing and initial balance, with prior notice.

Intellectual Property

In short: Website content (code, text, visuals) is the property of Alexis Laporte unless otherwise stated. Tools are provided free of charge for personal and professional use.

All elements of the tuls.me website (source code, text, images, logos, design) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Alexis Laporte, unless otherwise stated.

The tools on tuls.me are provided free of charge. You may use them freely for personal or professional purposes. Reproduction or redistribution of the website's source code is prohibited without prior authorization.

Content you create with our tools (annotated screenshots, signatures, generated photos, RACI matrices) belongs entirely to you.

Limitation of Liability

In short: Tools are provided "as is", free of charge. We do our best to keep them working, but cannot guarantee 100% availability.

tuls.me is a free personal project. Tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Alexis Laporte shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or its tools.

The site may contain links to third-party services (GitHub, Google, Scaleway). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

User Content

In short: Your creations are yours. Shared content (exports, RACI) is public by design — only share what you want visible.

You retain all rights to content you create with our tools. The publisher claims no ownership over your creations.

Some content can be shared via a public link (conversation exports, RACI matrices). This content is accessible to anyone with the link. It is your responsibility not to share sensitive information.

The publisher reserves the right to remove any clearly illegal content brought to its attention.

Changes to Terms

In short: These terms may change. The update date is shown at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Applicable law: These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before legal action. Failing that, the courts of Marseille, France shall have jurisdiction.
